Sara's prenatal and postpartum classes have been created to provide new and expectant moms an exercise program that is tailored to their unique needs. Sara brings her passion for correct biomechanics, strengthening muscles for functional movement, and education about overall health and wellness to every class. (You will often find her handing out articles on the latest health or wellness topic, or sharing her latest recipe or nutritional tip!) The anatomical and physiological changes that occur in this phase of life are nothing short of awe inspiring and should be honored both during pregnancy and postpartum. The exercises you learn here are all ones that can safely be performed at home--- during pregnancy and after.
