Balanced Boomer
This six week course is a fun and pain free way to improve your balance and mobility through a combination of formats focusing on skills and drills designed to motivate an improve balance for the boomer babe! Getting older should not get in your way of living the good life.  Taught by Pat Karlsson, a FallProof Balance and Mobility training specialist with 25 years experience. 

Breast Cancer Rehab
This six week course enables students to build endurance and take control of their recovery.  Using gentle and very specific exercises the student will be able help restore mobility, improve postures and regain strength.  Some Key benefits are:  Restore mobility and strength, Help correct muscular imbalance, slow the loss of bone density and gain renewed energy and control.  

Over Fifty and Fabulous
This six week Class is designed for those who would like to workout with people of their own age.  Over the years I have heard so many say that they would really enjoy working out with their friends or people of their own age.  So I have decided to offer this class designed specially for you and your needs.  Improve balance, bone density, posture, stability, strength and flexibility all while having fun!

Mommies Night Out
A mat class and workshop specifically for moms.  A class for those who struggle to find time to workout after baby or have a hard time with getting their body back in healthy shape.  The class will cover a series of crucial exercises that moms can do on their own to begin to rebuild their bodies and will be followed by a relaxing happy hour and a nutritional talk on such topics as making healthy baby food, quick and easy meals, healthy snacks and the benefits of whole foods in your family’s diet.

Pilates in your Pocket  - Mat Class  Level I and II
Over the years, many clients have asked if we would write down exercises that they could do at home or while traveling.  In response to popular demand, we have created a unique workshop where you will not only get a fabulous workout, but you will learn the Basic Classical Mat routine and be able to take it with you, exercising at home or on the road!  Each week, students will  begin class with a powerful mat workout.  We will then focus on one section of the series, breaking it down so that students thoroughly understand the importance of proper execution and awareness of their movement patterns.  Students will be given study guides and homework at the end of each class.  Upon completion of this 6-week workshop, students should be able to perform the entire Basic Classical mat workout after taking Level I and the entire intermediate mat workout after Level II on their own at home - thus named “Pilates in your Pocket”!

Pilacheese and Social
We are a pretty social bunch at Georgie’s Pilates Loft and a number of us like to get together as often as possible to catch up.  We thought it would be rather fun to start a class where we worked out and then hung around to catch up while tasting delicious wines and tasty cheeses.  Each week there will be a sparkling water and cheeses to sample!  Can be purchased in packages to share with your friends!   Space is limited!  Once a month we will hosted at a local bar or restaurant

Totally Teens
Totally Teens is a class designed to teach teenagers that healthy fitness habits are developed early on. This  FUN, noncompetitive 6 week class will not only increase their fitness and flexibility but will increase their body awareness, energy and positive outlook..   Just watch to see how your teen's posture is improved!   Free T.shirt and goody bag with registration.
