Master Mat Class, Archival Cadillac Workshop, and "The Mastery of Being a Teacher"
From January 28th to January 30th, Georgie's Pilates Loft welcomed Colleen Glenn, a pilates pioneer, to the studio for a weekend of invaluable workshops and continued study. Colleen traveled all the way from Colorado to teach pilates teachers from all over the eastern United States. She took the advanced trainers through a master mat class on Friday, explored archival cadillac exercises with the group on Saturday, and began to explore the mastery of teaching on Sunday.
