Georgie's Pilates loft offers one-on-one, semi privates and trio classes.  In these 55 minute sessions , you will receive undivided attention form a certified instructor who will guide you and work with your individual needs.  These can be scheduled anytime to fit your busy lifestyle.

An Introductory Private Package is a great place to start or refresh your skills.  During these three private sessions, your instructor will not only prepare you for group classes but also help you understand how to reach your own personal goals.  You will be introduced to all of the equipment used in the studio and will learn the Pilates Method, the basic choreography and proper breathing.
