Over the years, many clients have asked us to write down exercises that they can do at home or while traveling. Here's your chance to learn them all! In this popular workshop, you'll not only get a fabulous workout but you'll also learn the basic classical mat routine and be able to take it with you wherever you go.
Each week of this six week class, students will begin with a powerful mat workout and then focus on one section of the series, breaking it down so that students thoroughly understand the importance of proper execution and awareness of their movement patterns. Students will be given study guides and homework at the end of each class.
